When you request an AI-Visibility Audit or otherwise contact us, you may provide your name, work email address, company, website URL, company revenue range, and information about the questions you want AI systems to answer.

Our hosting and form providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, referring page, and request logs. If you use the theme control, your preference is stored locally in your browser.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, such as government identification numbers, financial account details, health information, or passwords.

How we use information

• respond to your request and prepare or discuss an AI-Visibility Audit;
• communicate with you about services relevant to your inquiry;
• operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
• prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, process form submissions, manage business email, provide professional advice, or secure and maintain our systems. Our current website and inquiry workflow use Netlify and Google Workspace.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to update or delete information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

Children and international visitors

This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
