Author of Narrative Generation – a book on leveraging the power of narrative for business transformation – Tim applies design thinking principles to help B2B technology brands create, implement, amplify and sustain their ecosystem relevance. A graduate of Ithaca College, Tim lives with his family in Upstate NY.

She builds consensus among decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels of an organization and understands what drives success in today’s highly competitive business environment. As Vice President of Actual Agency, Lisa is an efficient team leader who is passionate about C-suite thought leadership and unique approaches to media relations and content development.


JP Hartanowicz

JP’s introduction to the world of digital PR, Advertising, and Marketing occurred more than a decade ago, while freelancing for a major ad agency in New York City. Within a few years, he found his way more formally to the marketing and PR side of the business while building and leading a team of professionals that planned and executed on digital marketing initiatives in the US across social, influencer, web development, SEO, and PPC for countries including The Bahamas, Antigua & Barbuda, S. Africa, Jamaica, Anguilla, Nevis, Rwanda, and St. Martin. Since then, he has worked on the digital teams both client and agency side for the likes of JustFoodForDogs, LG Electronics, Colgate-Palmolive, Primark, Shell Energy & Shell Lubricants, Hilton, Hard Rock Café, and the world renown Wu Tang Clan. Just don’t ask him what his Wu Tang name is.

With a B.S. in Psychology and B.A. in Integrated Communications from Wichita State University, Melisha brings a unique mix of marketing and consumer psychology insights that help brands get into the minds of their target audience. Melisha is also a former Emmy Award-Winning producer.

Alyssa is the Head of Social Marketing for Actual Agency, overseeing all social media channels. Alyssa’s social media expertise includes many industries including B2B sales, technology, software, and real-estate, education, beauty, fashion and retail. She has worked in social media for the past 10+ years and helped many brands expand their reach, sales, and audience in short periods of time. Alyssa received her degree in Visual Communications from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles, Ca.


Michael Young 


Michael founded Actual as a leading creative, brand-building agency that helps clients solve their most pressing communications and marketing challenges. Michael brings a global business perspective and deep expertise across a range of post-industrial technologies, including: cloud, SaaS, fintech, 3D printing, IOT, and artificial intelligence.

Prior to starting Actual Agency, Michael spent 20 years in leadership roles at independent and global agencies, including Access and Ketchum. His area of expertise is integrated communications (paid, earned, shared, owned) for global technology, b2b, and corporate brands.
